Alexander Edelman
Alexander Edelman has been running field programs on campaigns for over 17 years. One of his earliest jobs was registering voters in Atlanta, Georgia during the 07-08 Democratic primaries. Since then he has run field programs and managed campaigns in Arizona, California, Illinois, Michigan, New York, North Carolina Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia as well as many others. In the 2020 cycle he served as the DCCC’s National Field Director and was responsible for budgeting and overseeing the field and direct voter contact programs for every congressional race in the country. In addition to advising on the DCCC special elections of 2019 and 2020 in North Carolina and California, he was Jon Ossoff’s GOTV Director in 2017 and served as a senior advisor for the Senator during the 2021 runoff. In 2021, Alex started his own consulting firm, Admiral Strategies and frequently partners on programs with Field Strategies on voter engagement programs across the country. He lives in California with his wife, Jillian and two sons, Felix & Milo.

Danny Kazin is a veteran campaign strategist, ad maker, and manager who has run winning campaigns, major Super PACs, and effective mobilization programs from coast-to-coast. Danny oversaw American Bridge’s paid media program in the 2022 cycle, employing innovative tactics and research to create advertising and news media that voters trust – and helping statewide Democrats to big wins in states like Georgia, Kansas, and Wisconsin. Under his watch, American Bridge was the first organization to air ads in the 2022 Georgia runoff and helped lead to the defeat of Herschel Walker. Danny also helped hold the House majority at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, serving as both the Deputy Executive Director for Campaigns — building and overseeing the political, candidate fundraising, organizing, and analytics departments — and as the Director of the Independent Expenditure. As IE Director, he ran the DCCC’s largest-ever investment in both digital and constituency media, including their first-ever African American-targeted cable ads and in-language TV ads in Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Korean. In 2018 he managed the U.S. Senate campaign in Nevada for Jacky Rosen, helping her become the only candidate in America that year to unseat a Republican Senator and the first Nevadan to unseat an incumbent Senator in thirty years. Danny launched his political career running non-profit and campaign organizing programs and has served as a senior advisor to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, DCCC regional political director, and a campaign manager in successful congressional and local races ranging from New York to California. He was a member of the American Association of Political Consultant’s 40 Under 40 class of 2022. Danny lives in Washington DC with his wife Barb and daughter Noa.

Katie Penland
Katie Penland is a seasoned Democratic political fundraiser with extensive experience in the Democratic fundraising community. Katie has worked with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), Democratic Governors Association (DGA), Senator Raphael Warnock, Governor John Bel Edwards, Arizona Democratic Party, numerous 501(c4)s, and federal independent expenditures (super PACs). Katie was a member of Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock’s campaign and helped launch his campaign in 2020. Katie served as Governor John Bel Edwards’s Finance Director during his successful 2019 reelection campaign in Louisiana and outraised any other Gubernatorial campaign in Louisiana’s state history. Prior to joining Governor Edwards’s campaign Katie served as National Finance Director for Congressman Brad Schneider’s 2018 reelection campaign (IL-10). From 2015 to 2017, Katie served as the Southern Finance Director at the DSCC. At the DSCC, Katie was responsible for the Southeastern major donor program covering 12 states and two territories. Katie managed events with various members of the Democratic Caucus, Democratic Senatorial candidates, the Vice President of the United States, and the President of the United States. Prior to joining the DSCC, Katie served as the Finance Director for Congressman John Barrow’s 2014 congressional campaign (GA-12). Katie was born and raised in Atlanta,GA. Katie lives in Washington, DC with her husband Paul.
